This Father's Day, we're giving my Dad a couple of Tile products which will hopefully be gifts that keep on giving the gifts of his wallet and keys. I know a couple of people that also have these Tiles and it seems that they work really well. For the card, I'm drawing a simple watercolor banner with a few things representative of his interests surrounding it.
What are SAT Subject Tests? Are they necessary? How do you prepare for them? Last week, I took my first two (and only two) SAT Subject tests: US History and Math II. So here are a few tips on how to prepare for the tests and how to decide whether or not you should take them.
This year, I took the AP exams for Physics 1, US History, Calculus AB, English Language and Composition (English for juniors), and Statistics. Here are a few tips on how to succeed in taking those exams as well as other exams I've taken in the past.

One of my new year's resolutions was to try a meditation or reflection app to try to release stress and be more productive. Headspace had gotten many positive reviews and it had 10 10 minute free sessions so I decided gave it a try.
Last year, I received this cute chalkboard from my friend and I was inspired to do some chalkboard typography by @stefankunz a super talented letterer on Instagram who has a really cool chalkboard wall he regularly redoes with quotes. His work is amazing and it seems as though he is always making up new fonts!
Welcome to birthday season! It's spring break now so everyone who had their birthdays in February after President's Day or have them in March is now having their parties and that means it's card season for me.
I can finally use curves!! I am so excited because I have been trying to find a way to use curves without Adobe Photoshop for around a year by now. Thank you so much to Snapseed for finally releasing their curves!
How do you reject someone? Not someone you just met, a friend. Someone who is also mutual friends with nearly all of your friends. Someone that you have to see several times a day. Someone you care about ... as a friend and don't want to lose that friendship with.
I'm not the type of person to constantly criticize myself or look down upon myself but I also realize the need to constantly grow and make myself better so that I don't go down the route of complacency that I do so often. It is hard to keep a balance between wanting to better myself and thinking that I'm just not good enough.
