Recently, I wrote another blog post about finding a good pair of sneakers, but I decided to write a separate review post for the shoes that I actually bought, the Adidas nmd_r2s.
This is a super quick and easy watercolor card that is perfect for any friends or family members with upcoming birthdays!
What are SAT Subject Tests? Are they necessary? How do you prepare for them? Last week, I took my first two (and only two) SAT Subject tests: US History and Math II. So here are a few tips on how to prepare for the tests and how to decide whether or not you should take them. (Scores below)
This year, I took the AP exams for Physics 1, US History, Calculus AB, English Language and Composition (English for juniors), and Statistics. Here are a few tips on how to succeed in taking those exams as well as other exams I've taken in the past.
I currently don't own any tennis shoes or sneakers and am looking for a really comfortable pair for everyday wear. Toms and sandals are cute and great for walking short distances but I need shoes for photography when I often find myself standing for several hours at a time and an upcoming hiking trip! Here are some of the best shoes I found:
Always and Forever, Lara Jean is not the type of book anyone should read if they're looking for a grand teenage coming of age adventure. It is the type of book you read just so you can finish a series. The latest and last Lara Jean book is only slightly better than what Mockingjay was to the Hunger Games series.
Last weekend I traveled to Austin, TX - where everything is indeed weirder - to do a campus visit. UT Austin is one of the best public universities in the country and both of my parents are alumni so I really hope to become a student there.
This Father's Day, we're giving my Dad a couple of Tile products which will hopefully be gifts that keep on giving the gifts of his wallet and keys. I know a couple of people that also have these Tiles and it seems that they work really well. For the card, I'm drawing a simple watercolor banner with a few things representative of his interests surrounding it.
For Mother's Day this year, I did not have much time to create a card for my mom since it was the Sunday after AP exams and I was completely exhausted from them so I decided to go with simplicity and decided upon this clean and minimalistic look.

Feminism is here to make the world a better place. Beyonce is a feminist and the definition of feminism given in her song Flawless is what feminism is about.
This year, I applied (and was accepted!!!) for a paid summer internship at my dad's company for high school and undergraduate students. So I'm going to walk you through the process
To be completely honest, this card was a bit rough. I am not as experienced with the old type calligraphy featured and my spacing was definitely not stellar. It is the first of many steps toward better calligraphy.
One year and 26 blog posts later, here I am! Happy anniversary Claudia's Corner.
One of my new year's resolutions was to try a meditation or reflection app to try to release stress and be more productive. Headspace had gotten many positive reviews and it had 10 10 minute free sessions so I decided gave it a try.
Last year, I received this cute chalkboard from my friend and I was inspired to do some chalkboard typography by @stefankunz a super talented letterer on Instagram who has a really cool chalkboard wall he regularly redoes with quotes. His work is amazing and it seems as though he is always making up new fonts!
